We have used Software Forms for our MOM (Mail Order Manager) invoices and gift certificates since we started using MOM four years ago. We currently use a custom invoice with our company logo and address information at the top of the invoice as well as on the upper left hand corner of the peel off UPS shipping label. We have also changed the lower removable portion of the invoice; usually used as a gift card, into a removable return form. This change to the invoice has greatly enhanced the buying experience for our customers. Software Forms has helped us to take our invoice design ideas and make them a reality.

Software Forms has provided us with excellent fulfillment service over the years as well. There have been a couple occasions where we have had to have Software Forms rush orders for us so that we would not run out of invoices. On both occasions, Software Forms delivered our invoices on the date promised.
